First Conficker Update After April 1st

Websense® Security Labs™ has obtained a copy of a file that Conficker has dropped via P2P.
After a week of constant communication without updates, Conficker received a binary file yesterday (April 7th).
Research is currently ongoing as we monitor the Conficker process and well as its communication channels. There is also speculation that waledac and Conficker are now sharing resources. As this becomes clearer, we will issue future alerts.
Websense Messaging and Websense Web Security customers are protected against this attack.
