Threat Type: Phishing Alert
Websense® Security Labs™ has received reports of a new phishing attack that targets customers of American Airlines Federal Credit Union. Users receive a spoofed email which claims that their account information needs to be updated. The message provides a link to a phishing website to update the account. Users who visit this website are prompted to enter their account number and password.
This phishing site is hosted in the United States and was up at the time of this alert.
